Once you have registered to attend the conference, we will be in touch in April so that you can book your tours. Please note tour bookings are not confirmed or guaranteed until payment is received and the tour operator confirms availability.


Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made at time of booking from April onwards. Without payment, your place on the tour cannot be secured.

  • Cancellation by Monday 8th of June, 100% refund will be available
  • Cancellation after Monday 8th of June, no refund

Within 30 days of arrival date guests may change the tour day/date subject to availability but not the actual tour.

No refund will be offered in the event of a “no show”. 

In the event of the tour operator cancelling any tour due to inclement weather, the operator reserves the right to offer either an alternative day or a full refund. Please note if minimum numbers for tours are not achieved the tour will not be able to go ahead. In this situation the Secretariat will contact you and arrange an alternative.

Join us at Darwin’s famous Hidden Valley Motorsport Complex for your chance to compete in the inaugural (and perhaps only) NECA Go Kart Grand Prix.

The world class, 1035 metre dedicated Kart Racing Circuit at Hidden Valley is known for its fast flowing and challenging corners.

After 10 minutes of practice, the Grand prix will be fought out across two heats.

This is not an afternoon to miss. 

Enclosed footwear is essential and long pants are advisable.

This tour provides a viewing of the Territory Wildlife Park and Berry Springs, one of the most beautiful parks to cool off and relax in close to Darwin.
